Hola amigos, we will be grilling at United brewing in New Providence NJ, Friday May 24th from about 4pm til 8 pm or so.
We will be cooking our signature pork spare ribs Argentinian style plus skirt steak sandwiches, pork belly sandwich and most likely featuring The Brownie Bar with perhaps a couple of brownie flavors.
They have an excellent, spicy, balanced, crispy hazy IPA which will go perfect with any dishes specially with ribs considering some spices are the same in both.
Come join us for a great food and beer night considering we will be back in November which is a lot of time in between.

This Sunday October 29th at the Paramus Municipal pool a benefit for the Paramus Fire department 12-5pm.
Sunday November 5th at Paramus Park with Just Jersey food truck festival.
Last time to get your ribs and fresh chimichurri before we shut down til May 2024.
Note: I want to mention that I won't be participating at the Easton Bacon fest this year; I feel sad about it because many people just go for my food.
There are several reasons related with the festival that forced me to decline.

We just picked up an event this Sunday October 8th in Englewood NJ behind the Shoprite parking lot from 12-4pm. This event is in honor of Hispanic Heritage and breast cancer.
Come to see us, there will be free services from Englewood Health Department and fun activities for family and friends.
Saturday we will be at the Pequannock Oktoberfest however all family can attend.
Next week the 14th Central Jersey Beer Fest, a fantastic beer fest perhaps the biggest in NJ with us cooking for you.
