Are you gearing up for ? Whether you are watching for the commercials or the actual game, you'll need a snack! Our friend, Jill shared this quick and yummy idea for a lower carb dip - Zuccini Hummus:
2 chopped zucchini (you can peel them first for a more traditional hummus color)
about 1/4-3/8 c tahini paste (depending on your taste)
2 cloves of garlic
juice of one lemon
1 tsp salt
drizzle of olive oil

Using the metal chopping blade in a food processor or a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. You may find for your taste it needs a drizzle of olive oil on top before serving. Serve with crunchy veggies.
