It was SO COOL seeing so many familiar faces, meeting clients in person, and connecting with so many new people! The wine was flowing and the gardens were poppin. It was a perfect evening 🥰

It was hard to narrow everything down to ten photos this month, but all of these photos, as they say, hit different. Started the month off with eclipse path of totality shenanigans, rolled into a workshop at the art museum, then we moved right into weekend after weekend of celebrations of all sorts.

Another weekend, another custom graze… this one to celebrate a birthday! 🎂 once again, I found it nearly impossible to tear myself from this spread when I was finished setting up. I couldn’t decide if I wanted to dive into the hummus platter, grilled veggies, or one of those tree ripened local pears first… this table included no pork but I got creative with some other options, like beef salami, turkey and beef summer sausage, and even vegan fig salami, too! Creating a grazing table for the Akron Children's Museum has been one of the highlights of my catering career 😍 not only did I get to build in a beautiful kitchen, but it was for a great cause: the expansion of the children’s museum 💜 it was truly an honor to just be a small part of it. Where to begin with the details?!? This huge kitchen island was filled with Gouda, Havarti, a fig and honeycomb-laden Brie cake, Manchego, sharp cheddar, blueberry vanilla chèvre, everything bagel chèvre, prosciutto, salami, soppressata, bowls of heavily garnished hummus and colorful crudités, all the fruits, jars full of housemade ranch and cheese spreads, olives, jam, and honey, a breadbasket full of fresh baked baguettes and crackers, and SO MUCH MORE! I just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to make an Italian-inspired grazing board for a special request this past weekend. I filled this bad boy with some classic Italian options, like taleggio, fontina, and @belgioiosocheese mozzarella, but also added some @yanceysfancycheese roasted garlic cheddar and @sartoricheese merlot-soaked bellavitano. Shout out to 👑@the.charcuterie.queen and 🧀@ainttooproudtomeg for being my main source of R&D outside of my background in Italian restaurants.
