By far one of the most interesting “tables” we’ve ever built upon- the gorgeous flatbed truck at is the perfect place for a cocktail hour graze. Nestled in the heart of the Grand River Valley, it’s much more than just another wedding venue.

We love this venue so much, we’re now offering a discount on grazes booked with us that are located at Standing Rock Farms through this October and anytime from April - October of 2026. We know that travel fee can be a bit hefty with the distance from our Akron hub to Madison, so let’s make it a little easier on ya - and give us an excuse to head back up there 😍

That said, the 2025 wedding season has kicked off with a bang, and that’s honestly an understatement. Our calendar has been jam packed with events of all kinds, but cocktail hour grazes have quickly taken over as our most popular event type, especially as we get into the heart of May. So if you’re still looking to add a sweet little je nais se quois to your cocktail hour festivities, dm us to inquire about availability on your date!

Our Italian inspired aperitivo menu is one of my favorites because it reminds me of why I fell in love with food to begin with. Italian flavors just feel like home to me. This menu features classic aperitivo bites and more graze-friendly options. Everyone always goes crazy over the prosciutto e melon display, and I can’t say I blame them - it’s gorgeous, and you know I won’t use any melon unless it tastes like an actual sugar cube 😅

We love a platter salad, truuuuu-hust me, but these little salad cups satisfy the single serving cuteness urge that lives within us all. (And it does, don’t lie.)

Balsamic dressed arugula is topped with praline crusted goat cheese medallions, seasonal fruit, a salty prosciutto ruffle and whole praline pecans - because why not? These aren’t just cute - they’re also REALLY tasty, since we only use the ripest seasonal fruit. So while you won’t find peaches on this week’s menu, you can be sure whatever fruit we use will be perfect. (Ps: right now the strawberries are having a *moment*)

And now I’m dreaming of late August peaches. 🥹

Just a little highlight of some seafood options we offer. Pair succulent poached jumbo shrimp with house made spicy cocktail sauce and/or creamy louis sauce for a flavor explosion 🍤💥 your tastebuds will thank you later - and so will your guests!

Smoked salmon served alongside lox spread, capers, pickled red onions, and more complement bagels for brunch. Phyllo cups stuffed with Boursin cheese and smoked salmon rosettes are perfectly poppable.
