We love a platter salad, truuuuu-hust me, but these little salad cups satisfy the single serving cuteness urge that lives within us all. (And it does, don’t lie.)
Balsamic dressed arugula is topped with praline crusted goat cheese medallions, seasonal fruit, a salty prosciutto ruffle and whole praline pecans - because why not? These aren’t just cute - they’re also REALLY tasty, since we only use the ripest seasonal fruit. So while you won’t find peaches on this week’s menu, you can be sure whatever fruit we use will be perfect. (Ps: right now the strawberries are having a *moment*)
And now I’m dreaming of late August peaches. 🥹
