As the saying goes, "Mentally I'm here." 🍁🧡

But I came here to say to be on the lookout this upcoming week for my Fall schedule!! I will be doing sessions in September and October, with even Fall sessions going through the first week of November. It seems the best colors are getting later and later, and this photo was taken on November 5 last year. I just want to give you those best colors!

For those who are new, Fall is my favorite season of the year. I love the coziness of the candles, cozy blankets, sweaters, soft rain, and beautiful colors of the leaves. But, I also love the fun and wild side of Halloween, and a good scary movie! Sooooo, this year I'm embracing both.😊

This couple sadly received news that their sweet Kellin would only be with them for a little longer, and so they asked me to capture some lasting memories for them. Despite the reason, this was such a fun, happy, and loving session! Sweet Kellin got ALL the treats during this one. 🥰🐾

Need your help!!!🍁 Fall is coming and I'm planning sessions! I will have more information on upcoming stuff, and this is possibly one of them.

For a long time, I've been wanting to introduce Picnic sessions! This is a little Inspiration Collage Board I made for a Styled Session setup I would love to do in September to kick off the Fall season!

I'm wanting to do these at a picnic table in a park, so likely Donner Park is where they will be at. Or Millrace. Will decide later. These would be ideal for Families, Couples, or for a Girls Night out.

The table will be decorated with fall decor, I am wanting to get the rod that will hang over the table, and will be decorated with greenery, lights, candles, pumpkins - the whole bit. The seats will also have blankets draped over to cover the benches.

A Charcuterie Board will also come with each session!! Cant have a Fall Picnic and not have snacks!!! 🧀🥨🥖🍎

I'm looking at doing these for just 1 weekend since the setup will take alot. Please let me know if this would be something that interests you and if I should make it a GO for this Fall Season! 🍂📷

To say these boys had fun with the setup is an understatement. 😊

Huge props to Dunn on a Farm for opening her property up to photographers AND providing fun backdrops. She goes above and beyond and offers so much. I wish more would open up their properties like this, because I don't have the guts to approach someone's home when I see beautiful properties that would be perfect for sessions....or at least not yet. 🤭

🎨 Trending Mommy & Me Paint Sessions🎨

I've seen them, people have sent examples to me, it's trending and I'm here for it! 🖌

Hear me out, though....instead of scheduling these as Minis and figure out how to deal with the mess quickly in-between, how would you feel about doing group sessions? I'll have about 3 at a time, offer multiple days, and these would be full sessions, instead. This will give time to let the kids open up, create a painting together, have time to get messy, and most of all, have fun. Instead of it being all posed for a photo session, you get to truly create wonderful memories, because while I may be with someone else capturing photos, you and your kiddo have a moment to yourself to enjoy the moment. I'll be suggesting things to do, but this also opens it up to see what others do to inspire you for your own photos!

If you have friends with kids, it could be a way to do something so fun together! I'll have you spaced a little bit apart so you still have your own images. Or, this could be a fun way to meet other Moms with kids!

Had the absolute honor of capturing moments at the Lemonade Bros Entrepreneurship Workshop they held! 🍋

They truly had it all: building and painting your own lemonade stands, learning how to make the product, creating your own apron and buttons, and learning about entrepreneurship!

What these young brothers are doing in our community is amazing to see. They have the best support system within their home(Mom & Dad are just as big superstars in all this), but have also captured the community's support.

It was announced last month, but I just found out that Irwin Gardens will not be doing their Open Garden Tours and to say I'm sad is an understatement. 💔 I loved that we had a location, such as what their gardens offer, to do photos. Some of my best/favorite photos (both Nature and Portraits) came from here. I hope it's just temporary.

So, if anyone knows of a similar place around the area, please let me know!! 🫶

Summer is nearly here, and fun fact, is my 2nd slowest season of the year for sessions. Something about it being too hot or something...😆.

Father's Day is June 16th this year! A little last minute, but I'm bringing back Father's Day Minis! While it is true that it's Mom behind the camera most of the time, and it's the men that are the least excited about photoshoots, I have always firmly believed that Fathers deserve these type of sessions, too. In an attempt to appeal, I like to have these sessions very activity-oriented, so everyone has a good time!🫶 Read below for the details!

Even when your child wants to give me the "mug face" the whole time, I will STILL manage to find a way to capture a good one - even if it just a smirk because they thought they got away from me by running under the tables. 😂

I am used to getting the "mug face" from smaller children when I first meet them. I have this weird round lens in their face that just keeps clicking - I'd mug myself, too. 😅 This little guy is just a cutie, mug face or not! & don't let him fool you, we had lots of fun with Momma and Grandma! 🫶
