Please read our Terms & Conditions in its entirety before placing your order for Card Yard Art. By reserving a Yard Card you agree to these terms & conditions.
1. Payment: Payments are due at the time of booking and must clear within 48 hours of scheduled delivery. Cancellations & Refunds: If you need to cancel your Card Yard Art delivery within 48 hours of the scheduled date
you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours we have the right to refund only half your reservation, but are happy to reschedule without penalty for a later date pending availability. Any cancellations the day of will receive no refund. If a Homeowner or any Recipient of Card Yard Art request removal of any of our products or displays, refunds will not be provided.
3. Weather Conditions: We have the right to refuse or delay delivery due to weather conditions. If weather does not permit delivery and set up, we will offer a full refund or reschedule for another date. Lightening, Thunder Storms, Heavy Rain, Santa Ana Winds are some examples that can cause a cancellation or delay.
4. Liability: The person that orders the Card Yard Art is responsible for our product. Moving the yard card after set up, causing damage, throwing away or tampering with a sign will make you responsible to pay full replacement value. This includes each individual letter, number, character or stakes. Homeowners should be notified ahead of time of our delivery and asked to turn off sprinklers and postpone any landscaping or gardening services for the duration of the rental. Please do not allow animals or children to climb on, lean on or play with any and all Card Yard Art products.
5. Delivery: We will deliver your sign the morning of your event, the evening prior depending on availability or at your request. Scheduled times can be requested and discussed when you place your order.
6. Rush Orders: Last minute orders are welcomed however an additional fee will be applied and based on availability of inventory.
7. The Right to Refuse: Card Yard Art encourages creativity and personal expression however we have the right to refuse phrases that may be political, racist, offensive in nature or non-celebratory.
