Hi, I’m Morgan — the face behind Morgan Olson Coordination. But it’s not just me… it’s my family too. 🫶🏼

People are always shocked when I say I’ve been married since 2013 and that we have four kids. But this is my life — raising my babies, loving my husband, and getting to do something I truly love on top of it all.

It’s not always perfect, but it’s real. It’s full of late nights, loud laughs, and lots of love.

Every wedding I plan means so much to me because I know what it looks like to build a life after the “I do.” This little business of mine has grown right alongside my family — and I’m so proud of both. 🫶🏼

Never decrease your value.

As a planner, I’m constantly reminded of how important it is to stand firm in who you are and what you bring to the table. It can be so tempting to say yes to things that don’t feel right, to lower your boundaries, or to question if your worth is “enough.”

But here’s the truth: the right people — whether clients, vendors, or even friends and family — will always see your value. They’ll honor the time, heart, and care you pour into everything you do.

Protecting your value isn’t about being unkind or rigid, it’s about making sure you have the space to do your very best work, to show up fully, and to love what you do.

So, whether you’re a bride navigating opinions or a vendor carving out your place in this industry — hold onto your value. It’s not something you ever need to shrink. Stand firm in it. Protect it. Honor it. 🕊️
