The Bishop Shanahan Athletic Committee invites you to the annual Beef and Beer on February 3, 2024, from 7 to 10 PM. All proceeds for the event will benefit the Bishop Shanahan Athletic Department to make necessary upgrades. Enjoy delicious food, beer, and other non-alcoholic drinks. Rustic Roots Catering was honored to cater a dear friend’s son’s surprise engagement party. They requested a charcuterie grazing table with the following additions: meatballs, mini crab cakes, loaded tots, individual Caesar salad cups, pesto chicken crostinis, baguette bites with broccoli rabe and bruschetta. To round out the food, we also put together a fruit salad display. Thank you, Lori Siever Warner, for the opportunity to create a special “food moment” for this important family event! Enjoy!
