As we are expanding like crazy, I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Kaylee Gagliardi! Kaylee has worked for us for a year and a half. I could not ask for a better teacher! The kids and families adore her! Kaylees endless energy, incredible ideas, and desire to make learning fun, make her the perfect fit for Challenge Island! I truly could not do what I do without her. She has been such a blessing! We love having her as part of our Challenge Island Family

Super Staff Spotlight! Every business has a behind-the-scenes guy who helps make everything run smoothly. Ours is Jeremy! Jeremy comes regularly to organize my messes lol. It takes hours to clean, sort, and put away all of our Challenge Island materials and supplies. Jeremy shows up with his beaming smile whether it’s 80 degrees or so cold he has to wear gloves. We chat about the Bills, Sabres … and even the Yankees! Jeremy works diligently from the moment he arrives. He even takes jobs home to work on! We are so blessed to have Jeremy working for us! We couldn’t do it without him! ❤️

Wrapped up our 8 week Afterschool Enrichment for 5th and 6th grade with Josh Allen Quarterback STEAM Stadium! These kids created some incredible games, learned about elasticity, Newtons Second Law of Motion, and had a great time! Kaylee Gagliardi

Three days, four grade levels, 10 classes, approx. 200 AMAZING STEAM KIDS! These kids worked so hard creating Mini Golf Courses, Penguin Tobaggons, Solar System Stabiles, and a working Orange Grove sorting machine! We loved the constant support and encouragement from all of the adults in the building! What an awesome experience for all of us! There are definitely going to be many future engineers coming out of Barker! Kaylee Gagliardi
