Spring/Summer time disclaimer

Balloon things by Ale takes every precaution possible to make balloons look their absolute best when installed outside.

We use the highest quality biodegradable balloons and the best techniques when inflating to prevent them from popping as balloons do expand with heat.

With unpredictable weather In the sun city we cannot guarantee some balloons won’t pop and color won’t oxidize with direct sun light.

Wind plays a huge part when balloons are installed outside, balloon things by ale uses strong command hooks and 260 balloons to ensure the balloon garland is set in place.

WE ARE NOT responsible for balloons after they are installed.

Please ensure your balloon installation is set in a shady area to prevent disaster from happening.

By paying the deposit you are acknowledging the risks listed above.

Balloon things by Ale requires a deposit before booking for an event. The deposit amount will depend solely on the amount of your order. Please keep in mind that late cancelations affect the way our bookings are set up.

Date of event is not secured if deposit is not received.

Deposit information is as follows:

If your order is less than 100$, Ballon things by Ale requires the full amount before booking.

- $100+ orders will require a 50% deposit.

- DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE; your deposit will go towards your order amount.

- COMMUNICATION IS KEY 🔑 ; please reach out to us if you have a unforeseen emergency and would like to reschedule for a later date.
