I was feeling a little overwhelmed the other day and went to goodwill to do some dissociation thrifting, and as I’m sulk sifting through the racks I hear a a little voice behind me tapping my arm “this for u” and I turn around and it’s a little boy in a HOT DOG SUIT, with his round chubby cheek grin barely fitting the face of the costume, holding a scooter and offering it to me

In the spirit of hot dog kid Be silly, be whimsical, everything is made up so might as well make flower arrangements in the coffee pot at your hotel idk

Also does anyone have suggestions of where to ride a scooter in boulder asking for a friend

Art vs Artist 2023

This year has been huge for personal growth and has had some truly huge moments for my career- accepting a role with has been an absolute joy and a life goal of mine- to be able to say I’m now a writer and contributor and social media manager for a magazine I’ve admired for years is a big step in my career I couldn’t have anticipated, and I am so overjoyed and the community has been so incredible. It’s this opportunity that really makes my heart soar and why I love this industry that I’ve called a career home for 10 years 🌸

On top of that, I’m entering 2024 as an independent freelancer, and relocating out west to follow more dreams and chase the places I want to work in- moving into the next era of Fae ✨

Thank you for sharing this journey with me- this life, this love 🌸

Hi my darlings ✨ it’s been a minute- this summer has been a wild whimsical wonderful wonder, a summer of adventure and flowers and love and friends and magic and opportunity ✨ I’ve been keeping one opportunity to myself but I think it’s time to announce that I’m now the social media manager for which is an absolute dream come true ✨ I’ve been a huge fan of the magazine the entire time I’ve been in the floral industry and I just have to keep pinching myself! I’m so passionate about community over competition, and how florists should work together and be inspired by each other and this magazine is a huge driver of that culture of sharing and collaborating 💚 so happy to be a part of their team and to dive in on top of my freelance floral adventures ✌️peace love and collaboration babes ✌️ my heart is so full, I love love love what I do ✌️

Home from a whirlwind two weeks in Atlanta and have been reflecting a lot on gratitude and had to do a special shout out to my precious .steinha

The second we met, I knew I would have her in my life forever. This powerhouse is such a joy to know and love- she’s tough, a bubbling joyful well of energy and love and light and TALENT. This past week we got to share in some incredible experiences including designing this insane stage for in our SOCKS to protect the white carpet

So much love for this precious pixie soul and the fact that we get to create and collaborate together is one of my greatest joys 💕 she’s got some truly stunning work, y’all have to go follow her and see what she’s been up to 👀

Officially have now designed in the coolest wedding venue in Georgia- the ruins of Georgian Hall at Barnsley Gardens was absolutely breathtaking. So grateful to have the chance to work such a fabulous event for alongside their incredible team ✨

#floralcinema Part 2 is celebrating my favorite adaptation of a book I’ve ever seen, Joe Wright’s Pride and Prejudice (with the amazing Kiera Knightley and Matthew Macfadyen). This movie truly takes advantage of the medium of cinematography to capture the enemy to lovers whirlwind that is Pride and Prejudice- specifically the scene, “You have bewitched me body and soul, and I love, I love, I love you” From the soundtrack to the costumes to the incredible performances this is by far one of my all time favorite movies.
