Wisconsin Rapids Elks Lodge is raffling off this great quilt!! Its a lap sized quilt that is hand stiched!!
Tickets are 3 for $5, and are being sold when the lodge is open.
Drawing will be held on March 8, 2025 at 1pm. We will call the winner.

Working on R&D This week. Most of the product is here, the buns, toppers, however still working on a few major things. You can not have a great chicken restaurant without awesome sauces, great packaging to ensure, on our end, the food is hot and fresh. We are also waiting on a printer to get shipped so we can receive orders and insure they are correct. Hopefully it will arrive by the 13th, with a goal of opening on January 14th!!
It’s a huge decision, to do DoorDash, quality has always been a concern, i’m a control freak about quality in product, plus the fees(30%). On my end, I will do everything I can to make sure our food is great.
On a lighter note, here will be our list of sauces:

Dat Sauce-Every great chicken place starts with a signature sauce hours is no exception. A sweet smoky sauce, perfect for nuggets and tenders.

Becki’s Honey Mustard- Our Southern belles recipe sweet with a little kick

BBQ- SBR, the perfect BBQ developed by one of my mentor and his family

Ranch- Our own Buttermilk Ranch

Thai Sweet Chili- A zingy sauce with some heat

Sweet Cinnamon- a sweet savory cinnamon sauce

Red Hot-Thick sauce version great for dipping..less dripping

We will also offer our Beer Battered Fish Fry options on Friday, which will be available every Friday we are open.

A Little Late, but Here’s to 2024!

2024 was a big year for us, and we’re so grateful for all the amazing events we got to be a part of. Here are a few of our favorite moments:

• Putting together some incredible spreads that were as fun to look at as they were to eat.

• Being part of everything from intimate get-togethers to big celebrations.

• Trying new ideas, fresh flavors, and creative presentations that made each event special.

Thank you to everyone who trusted us to bring the food—we can’t wait to see what 2025 brings!
