If you love animals, Safari Station Learning Center & Mobile Encounters is the place to be THIS SATURDAY 4/20 from Noon to 4 at our Grand Opening! Along with a variety of scaley, crawley and sqwaky ambassadors, we're also happy to announce we will be joined by Haseya’s New Beginning Animal Rescue with some adorable adoptable doggies and some cute items for sale to help raise funds to keep this fantastic shelter going!

🎇🎇ATTENTION PLEASE🎇🎇

We are just days away from the Grand Opening! event at our new Learning Center located right outside of Downtown Lafayette!!

We LOVE our community and LOVE to be able to help! If you haven't heard of Clinton Street Pantry & Library , this is a small pantry located in the heart of downtown Lafayette that offers food, toiletries, clothing and support to those in need.

Founded shortly after the Covid-19 pandemic, Nancy Brennan, along with the support of her partner, her children and her church, has provided necessary items to the less fortunate and homeless population of downtown Lafayette and surrounding areas in hopes of assisting and inpiring individuals to get them back on their feet during hard times.

Clinton Street Pantry accepts all types of donations year round but is currently in need of the items listed. You can also contact the page directly to make a monetary donation or see how you can help.

All donations will be given a raffle ticket which will be drawn AFTER the event and announced on Facebook! The winner of the gift basket will receive a gift certificate from the wonderful folks over at Coffeeweed Cottage, gifts from First United Methodist Church Lafayette, La, and some special items from some of the vendors and guests appearing at our event!
