The Big Cheese Come with me on my food truck journey! It is hard to believe that we have been serving Chatham County and surrounding areas for 6 years.

We have enjoyed every minute of it. We truly appreciate all the love and support we have gotten throughout the COVID pandemic. Without you all, we would not have made it through. THANKS!!

We had a great weekend at The Isle of Hope Art & Music Fest. I know that we made lots of new friends . Please like, follow and comment on our social accounts about our new menu. Did you know that our Memphis Belle starts with smoked pork shoulder that is chipped and sauteed with our amazing sauce before being paired with melty aged Swiss alpine Gruyere' and danish Fontina cheese? Tomorrow is our final inspection. It took 5 months to work through the city. On one hand we are disappointed to have been delayed so long, on the other, it has given us time to make some important decisions. If you know our other truck Starship Ice Cream you know that we insist on quality. We want our products to be excellent and memorable. We want you to be blown away, we want you to take pictures and tell your friends. We want you to love it because we love it. This is what we want for The Big Cheese. As a result of this we have decided to rework the entire menu. We will be introducing our new sandwiches over the next few weeks on social media. We encourage your feedback.
The Big Cheese makes the following commitments:
1. The Big Cheese will no longer be using deli meats and cheeses.
2. Every dish from TBC will focus on quality, texture and taste.
3. Portions will be respectable and reflect value at that price point.
4. The Big Cheese will be excellent.
