Only 9 days until our pop up Turkey lunch at Pizza Palace Paxton on Sunday 11/12 from 10:00-3:30. Last year we did a carryout event, this year with the dining room Open we are doing a dine in event! We are only going to make enough meals for the reservation number plus 40, so get those reservations in by 11/8.

With it being thanksgiving we are donating 10% of the sales from this dinner to St. John’s school in Buckley.

Meal includes: smoked white and dark meat turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, smoked green beans w/jowel bacon, sweet potato casserole, stuffing, dinner roll, slice of fresh baked pumpkin pie, and a drink.
$20 per adult meal
$10 kids meal (12 and under) kids meal includes milk

We will be taking reservations for 4 separate hour long seatings, allowing us a half hour to get the room setup for the following seating. Seatings will be 10:00-11:00, 11:30-12:30, 1:00-2:00 and 2:30-3:30. we only have seats for 66 people for each seating so early reservations are required. Walk ins will only be accepted if reservations don’t fill a seating. We will have up to 40 carryouts available at the drive through. It’s getting time to start thinking about your Thanksgiving turkeys!!! Once again this year we will be offering whole smoked turkeys for thanksgiving. Like last year we are only doing 48 of them and are taking orders now through November 12. These will sell out, so don’t wait to put in your order. Whole turkeys will be $80 each and will be 15-17lb birds. Birds can be broken down for an additional fee. All turkeys will be vacuum sealed and ready for pickup at Paxton pizza palace Wednesday 11/22 between 4-8pm.

We have a large catering order for today so we made extras and will be having a carryout or delivery pop up tonight at our sister location pizza palace in Paxton.

We will have a limited supply of family packs available, each family pack includes 1lb of meat, 2 1/2lb sides, 4 buns, 4 pieces jalapeño cornbread and your choice of 2 bbq sauces.

Prep day for a large catering event. 16 whole chickens and 12 pork butts. Our chickens are wet brined for 24 hours, then dry brined for an additional 24 hours prior to wood smoking for 4 1/2-5 hours. Pork butts are dry brined 24 hours then very low and slow wood smoked for 20-24 hours. We are currently taking bookings for high school and college graduation parties!

It was a great Thanksgiving! Thank you to everyone that ordered smoked turkey and sides for yesterday. All 24 turkeys turned out great! Couple more going on smoker tonight for Saturday pickups. Hope to see you all plus more next year!
