Dearest gentle reader - rumor has it the inaugural Darlington Book Ball was a smash hit! Our guests arrived donned in their finest regency garb and danced the night away in style, which is all we could have possibly hoped for.

So much work went into this event with the help of many talented vendors, and it was a thrill and honor to plan this incredible event with the ever talented ❤️ This is just the beginning, and we cannot wait for all the amazing events to come at West Chester’s newest hotel !!

We spent a week in Wyoming this August having so much fun working with our amazing team to make their big day as perfect and special as could be. From a national forest ceremony, to beer llamas and a coffee cart at cocktail hour, to a pop punk infused dance party reception, these two had an incredible wedding that was a blast to work on.

We are very excited to be expanding our duo to a trio with the addition of assistant coordinator, Katie Correll!

Katie Correll is a senior at Kutztown University, studying Art History. Hailing from the beautiful Chester County, she's always had a deep love for art and design. With over five years of customer service experience, she's developed a great eye for detail and loves creating memorable moments for others.

Katie is all about the challenge of turning spaces into stunning, cohesive environments that tell a story - whether that's through floral arrangements or artistic décor. When she's not working or studying, she enjoys tattoo design, embroidery, and printmaking, where she can really let her creativity flow.

She's excited to bring her mix of hands-on experience and passion for art to the team at Catalina Weddings and Events! Everybody say hi to Katie!!

Hiii, it’s Meg and Olivia here! We thought it might be time reintroduce ourselves and share a little about who we are!

📍 We’re based in Southeastern Pennsylvania and specialize in wedding planning and day-of coordination. This June, we celebrated two years in business—time flies! Our books are now open for 2025, and we couldn’t be more excited to kick off our third year at CWE. 🍾

A little about us:

💁🏼‍♀️ Meg is originally from Florida but has called Chester County home for nearly 7 years. With a strong background in hospitality, she’s our creative director, the woman behind the camera, and the face behind our social media. When she’s not working on CWE, she’s likely hanging with her husband or cuddling with their pets, Acadia and Coquina.

💁🏽‍♀️ Olivia Matos brings over 8 years of event experience to the CWE team. Her passion for events began in high school with a Jane Austen-themed wedding assignment (she got an A!). Since then, she’s planned numerous weddings and parties for family and friends. If she’s not planning weddings, you’ll probably find her reading a romance novel or catching up with friends.

🎶 On our way to events, you’ll most likely catch us jamming to Chappell Roan, The Killers, or a little ABBA!

🌍 Looking ahead, we’re dreaming of planning more elopements in unique locations and expanding into our surrounding states!
