A frequently asked question we receive is: Do I need to rent chairs for both my ceremony and reception? The answer depends on your venue setup. If everything is in one location, then yes, you should rent chairs for both. However, if you have a separate space for cocktail hour, you can consider moving the chairs between events. Just keep in mind that you don’t want guests to feel “inconvenienced” during the transition, so plan accordingly.

As I sit here and reflex on the last 5 years, I simply ask “HOW?” On that Monday afternoon 5 years ago, when I decided to make a logo and start an instagram, I never imagined this is where we would end up. I just wanted to plan a few weddings and help couples have the BEST day ever. Today, we not only plan weddings but we provide rentals to 250+ events a year. What started as a dream turned into so much more for our little family.
Thank you to every couple and family and vendor that has believed in the Brooks and Reid Team. Thank you to my Husband, Kyler, for doing the hard stuff. Your leadership is what always gets us to the next level. To Sydney, thank you for always being our right hand and our brain when we cannot think anymore. To Jason and Tommy, thank you for pulling off every event and always doing the things no one sees. To my parents and Kyler’s parents, our biggest supporters, thank you for always baby sitting, washing linens or plates, or setting up when we need an extra hand.
