Guilt Trips Travel, LLC was born of a pure and simple passion for seeing and experiencing the world, and all its many countries, colors, cuisine & cultures (My 4 C’s), and from that passion, a sincere desire to help others procure such experiences & memories, in the most raw, honest, and direct way. Travel agents were once considered the go-to hub for passengers traveling both near and far--and then along came the internet: Sites such as Travelocity, Expedia and Trivago became the one-click wonders, relentlessly marketing to satisfy your instant [booking] gratification. And, although these sites are useful when it comes to booking a quick airline ticket to grandma’s house, they aren’t well known for customer service. They don’t have a reputation for playing match-maker with your budget and how it may align with your dreams, plans and desires. The ‘big guys’ won’t offer to counsel & advise you on what it takes to make your exotic dream trip or honeymoon come to fruition, or advise you that there are “layaway” plans for that. Yes. Really. Ask me how that works!! That is where Guilt Trips Travel comes in. Guilt Trips Travel specializes in cruises, custom / independent / organized land & group tours, destination weddings, honeymoons, all-inclusive resorts, and all things Disney. Owner/Agent, Jeni Johnston, is a specialist with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Azamara, Princess, Carnival and Norwegian Cruise Lines; and possesses earned designations as a Master Cruise Counselor with CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association), and is a Certified Travel Associate with ICTA (Institute of Certified Travel Agents). She’s also earned her "Ears" as a College of Disney Knowledge Graduate. Guilt Trips Travel has existing accounts with most every major travel retailer, and for clients interested in new & unique adventures with suppliers in which none exist, it often takes only a phone call to set one up, so don’t be afraid to ask for that trip of a lifetime if you don’t see it referenced here or on the Guilt Trips Travel, LLC page, or company website: www.guilt-trips.com. Although I typically abide by “normal office hours”, and [mostly] take the weekends off, I can [and will] make myself available to work with you by appointment, evenings & weekends or completely through email...whatever your preference. I am very flexible when it comes to assuring your vacation meets your goals, standards & expectations; And if that means chatting at 9:00pm, then that’s what we’ll do. Whatever the cause of your Wanderlust, I am here to offer assistance, and my professional opinion/guidance. If I don’t have an answer readily available in my personal knowledge base, I will always follow through and get back to you with accurate information as soon as possible.
