A boutique catering truck, serving up traditional Italian pizza with southern flare.
At the center of the Southern Slice experience, is our 1944 Dodge WF32, Virginia, found on a plantation in... you guessed it... Virginia! It took us six months to outfit her with four refrigerators, two sinks, six beer taps, and an authentic Italian brick oven imported from Naples.
