When on duty as a Valet Parking Attendant, you are expected to greet and assist customers regardless if they are valeting their vehicle or not. Park and retrieve valet vehicles in a friendly and safe manner. You will be representing many different establishments and events that RPS provides our services to, you must be a visible and respectable representation of these companies and events. There are many hours and locations available. Looking to hire 2-6 qualified individuals immediately.
You may pick up a application Sundays 12:00 pm - 5:30 pm, Mondays-Thursdays 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm, Fridays-Saturday 11:00 am - 9:30 pm. No Further actions can be taken until you have filled out and submitted an application. Applications are only available at the Valet Booth at Eastview Mall. Interviews will given at time of application submission, as long as application is submitted on the days and times as follows: Tuesdays 12:00 pm -3:30 pm, Wednesdays 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm, Thursdays 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm, Fridays 11:00 am - 9:00 pm, Saturdays 11:00 am - 3:30 pm. If application is submitted not during the times listed above, you will be called for interview time and date.
-At least 18 years of age (Ages 18-20 must have a perfect driving record) (no exceptions)
-Must-be fluent in English
-Must-have legal employment status
-Must-be able to operate manual transmissions proficiently and to the satisfaction of the management.
-Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
-Have your own reliable transportation.
-Must have driving experience, at least one year prior to applying for the job.
-Must have either a High School Diploma or GED.
-A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be required at the time of submission of application. The MVR must be approved by the management for the applicant to be considered.
-Your license (Class D) must be kept and stay in good standing for your entire employment.
-Must be able to stand for at lest 8 hours a day.
-Running up to 400 yards, 50 or more times a day.
-Entering, safely parking, exiting, and running back to your station 50 times a day or more.
-Must be able to communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively with customers and coworkers.
