I’m so proud of my granddaughter, Alina Mills. She recently started nursing school at Covenant school of Nursing and is doing fantastic. She’s off to a very rewarding career choice and taking it very seriously. She has already made the Dean’s List!

I just learned that this is National Daughter’s Day. I would definitely like to wish a Happy Day to my wonderful daughters, Lora Dawn Morris and Polyester Annette Wells. They are wonderful and very successful in life as is my son, Aileron Lance Mills. I’m proud of all of them and their spouses.

The Covered Wagon team is away for Spring Break. We will be back with a fresh and delicious menu on Tuesday, March 21. Menu items and prices will be changing and hours of operation will be adjusted as well. Snow cones and desserts will likely be featured. Come back next week and check us out. Thanks to all of our new and loyal customers. We look forward to serving you again soon.
Please be aware that we avoid opening on some very windy days. Food trailers are considered high profile vehicles and we must be very cautious in extremely windy conditions.
New hours of operation and new menu to be announced soon. We can be reached at 806 239-1572 or 806 746-7513 if you have suggestions for our menu choices, hours or days of operation, or just concerns to address. We are generally located at the Four Corners Food Truck Court located at the corner of 19th and Inler Ave (FM179).
We also do some catering for family gatherings and special events such as baby showers, birthday parties, graduations, auctions, and grand openings, etc. in west Lubbock and nearby surrounding communities. Thank you! Feedback is appreciated.

Due to the extremely cold chill factor and anticipated high winds predicted to increase around 9 am this morning, the Covered Wagon will not be open at Four Corners location today, Thursday, February 16. Normal hours M-F 7am-11am, weather permitting.
