“Mesha’s Hotgirl Hoe Down”🤠💓
My BFF gave me Grace this Seasonnnn, God Bless Her (Lol) and soo glad she got what she wanted and even helped with the setup process (love you and thank you, I would love you in the field lmao but we not adding that to your plate lol) !!

She wanted ‘Hoe Down’ but make it Pink and that we did ! We custom designed all of her signage to befit the theme and brought a little glam to the traditional Rodeo Theme. The guests just added the icing on top in Western Gear and reallly Threw Down at the Hoe Down🤸🏾‍♀️

In a Surprise Set Up, the Client had no Clue what her Party would like! Special Thank You to her Family for Planning and Giving the OK to our list of suggestions❤️ (Client Trust is soo Important in this Business!)

They wanted Formal Taco party, yet still bringing the FUN! We transformed our Champagne Wall into a Strawberry Margarita Wall and gave a head table backdrop to draw attention to the Guest of Honor!
Non-Traditional Seating left a playful feel to the space and the colors brought in a bit of Spicy Delight🌶️

Thank you to Invite Only Events Team for the day, it was a really smooth day and you all did a great job !!

Nana expressed the need for design just a few days prior to the Event Date and Invite Only Events was up for the Challenge! (SN: This only works in divine circumstances lol and a very Flexible Client!)

We kept the mood soft and totally rearranged the space to bring an intimate dinner setting to life! Mommy-to-Be was soo surprised and we were so glad to have been a part of her Celebration ! Extensions of the family we appreciate your support and are wishing you a Safe and Healthy Delivery !

Thank you to all the hands on deck, even 5-year old Big Sister got her hands dirty and will always have a job waiting when she comes of age with Invite Only Events (lol)!💓

It truly takes a Village, and this one wanted to make Baby’s Arrival a little easier for Mommy-To-Be! All Mom wanted was the color “Purple” and we took it from there and implemented a variety of shades of purple and butterfly accents for a whimsical touch.

We Celebrated Laila’s 14th Birthdayyy by Adding some Throwback Influences into the Design!
We designed her Backdrop & Entrance Sign with 90s & R&B Faves trimmed in a 18ft Garland with Chain Accents. We hand constructed her “Boombox” Cardbox and Rubix Cube Centerpeice Boxes to help bring in those Vibrant Colors and Theme and covered a few Doorways with Gold Fringe (because who doesn’t love fringeee) !

When I say her Friends and Family don’t play, such a GREAT support system and so much Love in that space !
The Grad went for Pink, white, black with touches of silver hues for such a soft and posh feel! Her Friend and Event Planner (Cierra) thanks so much for helping coordinate, the more on your team the merrier! We understand that decisions can be endless and having support through the process can make the journey so much better if you also have people in your circle familiar with the field!

Happy 3rd Birthdayy Zariah🎂 We had such a great time creating and teaching your guests how to construct Balloon Art ! Invite Only Events celebrated Taylor’s 30th Birthday with an intimate Rose Dinner, and we absolutely loved the outcome🌹
From the Perimeter Draping, to the table setting and backdrops, we were able to condense a large space into of a really cool lush space! Even flipped our 30 Black just for the Birthday Gal🎨! Thanks so much for Bookinggg and I hope that your day was everything you planned for! Always grateful to my friends who book and send referrals our way, we hope to get the job done each and every time! Thank You to the additional hands on deck, I was so appreciative while flying this one solo ❤️
