We have been asked of late if we can do meal prep. We have done a test run with great reviews and decided to do high protein meal preps for a week. If anyone is interested please message us by Saturday to have delivery by Monday. If you have any requests or questions please feel free to contact us as well.
All meals will be packaged in food and microwave safe containers. Midland, Texas Foodies

Ammo Box followers we apologize for not being out and about these last two weeks. But due to a busy catering schedule we will only be out serving the public on select days and at certain venues throughout midland Odessa.

So Facebook friends, We have been throwing around the idea of providing Midland/Odessa with freshly made meals, customized meals that are specific to the individual person buying our meals.

So for example, you have a food allergy or sensitivity we will help you out, are you needing to meet specific macros and calories again we got you. We are here to help take the guess work out of what you are putting in to your body.

If you would like to get fresh made meals please let us know!!!!

We have been asked by vendors as well as customers if we could add tacos to our menu. So…we took it into consideration. But as our burgers and many other items we serve it will have to made from scratch. So today I have been making homemade corn tortillas to go with our tacos. If you’re going to do it I believe do it the best possible way you can. Midland, Texas Foodies we will have our tacos going out this weekend with our already delicious smash burgers. This weekend was a great weekend for Ammo Box Food Truck and Catering... first off Friday night at The Destination Midland cooking for those that came out and the Chad Cooke Band and then finishing off catering for The Josh Abbott Band!!!!

Here is a pic with Chad Cooke and there Smash Burgers. Then some of the appetizers we did for The Josh Abbott Band!!!! Caprese salad and Fried Brussel Sprouts.

Aaron Perez and myself are always coming up with new burgers to keep up with the publics engagement. This one we call the Mac Daddy.
It’s 100% wagyu beef pattie topped with creamy house made 3 cheese mac and cheese, candied bacon, pickled jalapeños, and smoked paprika.
We would love to know if y’all would like it on the menu Midland, Texas Foodies.
