It's officially food truck season! It's been so hard not to just jump in the truck and get selling this year, but that just makes us so much more excited to launch our new owners into SUCCESS!

Welcome back! It’s a beautiful new week and we cannot wait to see you all at our events. On Tuesday, we’re serving up lunch at Loveland West Farmers' Market at Jax from 11:00-1:00. Thursday is a private lunch for the staff of but come find us for dinner at Mehaffey Park Food Truck Rally 2023 5:00-8:00. Friday is at the new arcade and axe throwing in downtown Berthoud at B-Rad’s (Berthoud Bar Cade) from 5:00-9:00. Have a great week and eat well!

I want to send a shoutout to a couple of local businesses I can ALWAYS count on.

Last night, on our way to the FOCO Food Truck Rally in Fort Collins, my muffler dropped and started dragging on the road. I pulled into the median on Shields to assess the damage. It was more than I could deal with on my own, inches from passing cars.

Knowing that roadside assistance can take hours, I called Spartan Towing to see if they had someone who could help. They sent someone up right away and we put a makeshift holster together to get us through the night. It wasn't fancy, but just blocking traffic with the flashing tow truck was a LIFESAVER! And we made it up to the rally and only missed about 45 minutes of serving time, whew!

While waiting on the tow truck, I placed a call to our faithful mechanic at Big Thompson Diesel And Automotive. He got us in this morning for a little more solid patch job and I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes! We should be good to go for several months, so we can make a more permanent repair in the off-season.

Also want to mention that Corndoggies drove by while we were stranded and made sure to check in with us later. There was nothing they could have done if they'd stopped, but we appreciated the concern and comraderie.

It really does take a village and we're so grateful for ours! ❤

It’s a new week and we’re back with some delicious food! On Tuesday, you can grab a bite for lunch at .west.farmers.market from 11:00-1:00 or dinner at from 5:30-dusk. Wednesday we will be serving at their end of summer party. Thursday is the Berthoud Farmers Market from 4:00-7:00pm. Friday is the Firestone Food and Flick with food being served 6:00-9:00pm and the movie is none other than Shrek! Finally, Saturday is the Milliken Farmers Market from 4:00-8:00pm. We can’t wait to see you all at one or more of our events!

Hey Berthoud! There's a full lineup booked at Fickel Park tomorrow (Thursday) night. Starting at 4:00 the new and improved The Fickel Farmer's Market kicks off with over 20 vendors. Cilantro & Lime will be serving dinner 🌮 (and a limited supply of our new CHEESECAKE CUPS!) and our good friends with ShortD's can take care of your coffee ☕or sweet drink needs! 😋

Then stick around for a movie in the park, starting at 8pm, featuring Top Gun: Maverick. A great night for the whole family, all without leaving town! 🥰

Frederick In Flight is June 23, 24, & 25 in Centennial Park (630 Eighth St.). Join us for 6 am lift-offs each morning for a stunning display of hot air balloons filling the sky above our community. Then on Saturday night, put on your favorite Hawaiian shirt for the Balloon Bash Beach Party featuring The Margarita Brothers - Colorado's Premier Tropical Rock Themed Band.
