Memorial day weekend kicked off our 4th
summer catering season!

One day I'll take nice pictures, but at least the food was on point! Classic Chicken Satay, Lemongrass Chili Fried Rice(purple radish micros from )and a Cucumber Salad w/ Cilantro and Thai Basil. Couple weekends open in August, rest of the summer is filled up! DM if you have any interest, those dates won't last!

“Everything good, everything magical, happens between the months of June and August.” There is always something so magical about local corn on the cobb in the summer. Tonight’s was sourced by Ruwets Farm in Torrington. Served with honey barbaque chicken on the grill and potatoe arugula salad. 🌽🍗🥔☀️

My favorite way to cook is just using what you have. Tonight it was pork roasted in some chicken stock that had to be used, with all herbs and veggies from the garden. Tomatoes, collards, cherry peppers, sage, thyme, basil, parsley all from our garden. Corn from Tanner farm, kept it in the family. All over garlic mashed.
Side note, leftover pork and liquid was all used to make ragu for the next couple nights.

What a fun Saturday! A beautiful day in Washington. Poke Cucumber Cups, Corn Cakes w/ Peach & Sage, Smoked Wings, Chicken & Beef Kababs, Watermelon & Feta w/ Mint Infused Balsamic, Farfalle Salad and Caprese w/ Pesto all for lunch.
The dinner portion of the evening was some beautiful Scottish Salmon w/ Pesto & White Balsamic, Farro Asiago & Pepperdew Salad (lots of Asiago) & In Husk Grilled Corn w/ Sage & Garlic Brown Butter! A gorgeous Red Velvet cake with Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting from Patti Kenney and perfect micro greens from Casi Parasio Organica.

Chicken Satay Peanut Sauce, Asinan, Oyster Mushroom Nasi Goreng. Not pictured: Salted Carmalized Pineapple and Coconut Confit over vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Lions Mane “Crab Cakes” w/Caper Dill Tartar and Leek Micros, Caprese Skewers, Charcuterie courtesy of Mommy Salami Charcuterie.
Entree:
Mediterranean Farro, Pollo di Capri and Fennel Roasted Eggplant w/Blue Trumpets
