SOFT PLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To ensure the safety of you and your guests as well as our equipment, Clowning around with Rainbow Rai includes as part of our rental agreement that you review and agree to implement the following:
*ALL SPACES MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE SET-UP*
*NO WATER OR LIQUIDS ON EQUIPMENT *
*If there's any chance of rain we will not set-up outside*

ai reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any justifiable reason determined by management. Possible causes for refusal are but not limited to: Bug infested spaces, Hazardous spaces, or spaces that poses possible danger to Clowning around with Rainbow Rai staff or equipment. Payment
- A $100 deposit will be required to secure any party package.
- No booking will be confirmed until the deposit is received in full.
- The balance most be paid before equipment is set-up.
-Renter has 24 hours to make initial deposit to confirm booking date.
- The rental is up to 4 hours from your event start time. Cancellation
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event will result in the loss of $50 of the deposit.
- No refund of the deposit will be given if outdoor parties are unable to go ahead due to rain or other adverse weather conditions. Outdoor Use
- In the event of bad weather the equipment must be covered or moved immediately to prevent damage.
- It is the responsibility of the client to have a suitable site ready for the soft play equipment.
- The area must be flat, well drained, clear from glass, and clean of debris.
- We can not set up on dirt or gravel.
-During high temperatures, all equipment must be in a shaded area or under a tent to prevent over heating of equipment. Equipment Pick-Up
-If balls are out of the ball pit an extra pick fee will be charged.
- All party supplies must be removed from soft play equipment at the time of pick-up.
- If equipment is returned in an extremely dirty condition as deemed by Clowning around with Rainbow Rai at the time of pick-up a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
-Damaged or stolen soft play equipment will be chargeable at an appropriate amount, i.e. cost or repair or replacement
- Damaged or stolen soft play equipment will result in loss of $100 deposit. Rules
- No shoes in play area.
- Everyone must wear socks.
- No food, drinks, candy or GUM in play area.
- No kids over the age 5 in play area.
- Adults are not allowed to SIT, STAND OR LEAN on equipment.
- Kids must be supervised by an adult at all times.
