Hi everyone, in the spirit of Mother's Day wanted to share one of Chef's favorite sauces. Pair with lamb...even steak if you want.

1 pound cranberry
1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Chef said:
'U can spice cranberry sauce adding one sliced serano chille'

You simmer this being careful to not burn.

Chef always said to cook just use salt and pepper, you don't need much else. Adding this sauce on the side will add a surprise.

Additionally, I halved the original recipe given to me from Chef. I'm cooking for 2-3 people. Chef is used to cooking for the population of Naperville/Chicago.
