Taking a step back from our normal content to show you a real moment.

One thing I am VERY adamant about, not making it seem like this is my thing, but helping you feel like you’re still the whole reason behind this day. Because you are.

We could spend hours on the phone talking about what you want your table scape to look like (and chances are.. we will). I could make every mock up in the world. We can look at 1000s of rentals and pick out what you like the best. But there’s only one day where you can see it all come together, only one day where you get to finally see it come to fruition.

So every wedding day, I steal you away for a calm 30 minutes. And it always ends up being one of my favorite parts of the day. 💕

Living in the simple moments✨

As your planner, our job is to keep you in the moment, grounded, without worry. One thing we would never want to do, however, is take complete control over your big day. The last thing I want is for you to feel like you don’t have a grasp on anything.

Each wedding morning, the couple and I will walk the venue. Sometimes it’s the bride and groom, sometimes just the bride. This gives us 15-30 minutes of calm and collected conversations to make sure you grounded in the day. This is when you rattle off the 100 things you couldn’t get off your mind the night before, 15-30 minutes before you sit in a crazy bridal suite all day.

While we will take point on the day, decorate, coordinate vendors and so much more, it’s still YOUR wedding day. We’re just there to ensure it is the best it can be. 🫶🏻

It’s booking season y’all!!

A time where I am able to meet with all of my couples over coffee and over the phone. Time to catch up on timelines and connect with other vendors.

I’m so thankful for a slower season to sit back and be thankful. A season where I’m able to reset and remember why I do what I do.

Weddings for years have been full of traditions that your parents have carried on. Nothing wrong with those things, but the goal is to build your wedding day around the love between the couple and celebrating them the best. So if this traditions don’t make sense to you, you don’t owe it to anyone to include them in your day.

You don’t owe anyone a garter toss, a grand entrance, a unity ceremony, a big guest list, a massive cake, or any special dances.

Today I realized it’s been a whole 2 years since we did an introduction, so I figure it’s about time with all the new faces around here!!

My name is Sarah Ebert- lead planner and florist!! If you’ve ever emailed us, messages us on instagram or Facebook- chances are you’re chatting with me! I fell in love with weddings 5 years ago and decided to dive in head first! I’ve worked for a florist, a rental store, a wedding dress store and I was even a photographers assistant until I finally fell in love with planning!

Here are a few fun facts about myself:
- I’m a single mom to the cutest 3 year old ever
- I play A LOT of pickleball (like a lot😅)
- I prefer chai over coffee most days, my go to order is a vanilla iced chai from Echelon!
- I lived 4 years in the Philippines as a missionary kid
- At the age of 23 I developed asthma and an allergy to cats, how weird???🐱

I try to not take life too seriously and be unapologetically myself!! I strive to be your wedding bestfriend and answer any and every question you have. If I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting you yet- I can’t wait for our paths to cross🫶🏻
