Hey guys just want to give you an update. The big cheese truck is still down for repairs. I’m hoping to be able to get back out on Monday. Going to change the menu just a little bit from where it was. Still be the signature burger, The big cheese grilled cheese, chili cheese fries, cheese fries, I’m working on a chicken tender recipe with a special sauce. I will also have some tacos available like quesadilla style tacos. So… This is the copy of our first menu for the Big Cheese by Dawgers. I’m still in progress of making a really big juicy pulled pork grilled cheese and it should be available next week! We are currently looking for a couple different set up locations. We are permitted in Rock Island and in Moline at the moment. If you guys know of anybody who has a spot available or a potential good location let me know.

New sandwich on the menu for upcoming week for the big cheese food truck brought to you by Dawgers. This is my interpretation of a Kentucky hot brown. Homemade bread cooked in tomato butter, provolone cheese, bacon, roast turkey, seared tomato and a creamy Mornay cheese sauce. So freaking good

The big cheese food truck by dawgers two new menu items. What you all know about a cheese skirt??? High-quality beef a bunch of cheese lettuce, tomato, onion, and a truffle house sauce. And then when I’m really excited about is the Korean corn dog. So the korean corndog is a Panko crusted hotdog, mozzarella stick combo you have to try it to believe it. hope to be up and running one week from today just slaying it.

Okay so I told you guys that there would be an update today and there is. I am teaming up with the big cheese food truck which I will be taking over for them. They will remain the owners of the truck I will be running the big cheese outfit, controlling the menu all that good stuff. Hopefully they’ll be nice enough to let me buy it at some point in time lol. The menu will be cheese themed so not everything will be grilled cheeses. I have some wild stuff for you guys I’m super super excited about it. I don’t wanna let the cat out of the bag yet but I’m telling you something right now I’m doing a TikTok craze the best justice possible let’s just put it that way. Should have at least some ability to sell in about a week.  you guys have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask I’ll give you the best information that I can. Any events they had prior to this I am more than willing to step back in.

DAWGS!!! I can’t tell you how humbling it has been to serve such amazing people for this last year, and I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate it and how much I really enjoyed the opportunity in the support that I received from my customers. I sincerely can’t thank you all enough.

That being said the dawgs will be no more. I am going to take some opportunity for myself to learn more about the culinary arts, and travel the country learning different styles and perspectives. Hopefully in time I can bring these concepts and Ideas back here and put together an insanely good product for y’all!

If anybody knows anyone that would be interested in the hotdog cart have them DM me or just hit me up on this post. It’s a hell of a money maker and if you are wanting to get out of your current job or field of work this could be a fantastic opportunity. With this I would give you my connections and recipes and also be willing to help you get up and running in any way possible. The cart can be shipped or delivered if needed.

Again thank you so much for all of your support! I’m hopeful the DAWGER will come back with a bigger and better sense of identity and kick ass ingredients! Those of you that have scheduled events with me this year I’m hoping that they will be able to be taken over by the person that takes over the cart, or you can find another vendor between now and then. I do have one last event with MidAm on the 28th which will be covered by me.

It’s with a heavy heart but all the best for the future. Thank you Diggity Dawgs! Peace out for now!

I had a super complex menu planned for Crawford but a couple things put a set back to it so here’s what we’re doing. Will still have a three course menu for $15 first course shaved brussels sprouts salad pickle blueberry, feta jalapeño vinaigrette. Second course choice of dawg- feature dog will be meat salad dawg all beef tooped with chilled pork teriyaki meat salad, mixed berry goat cheese mousse and sautée giardinara. Still have our delicious chili dawg, Chicago, crab Rangoon, New York dawg. Dessert course I’m honor of my new friends Little Miss Isaacson, Miss Isaacson and family will be a dairy free chocolate torte.

Hey everybody I just want to give you an update. I am going to have some voluntary surgery done in the coming week and then I am going to be recouping for a little bit so IM looking at probably three weeks to a month. I know I have commitments in April but I will be able to make those. Menards decided they weren’t going to hold the spot which that was fine. I’ll be looking for a new home over the next few weeks and there’s a great opportunity in Illinois but I’m just not sure yet. The Illinois opportunity looks great let’s just put it that way. But for all my Iowa people I definitely want to be able to still have something over there there’s that little shell on the corner by menards I’m gonna approach. I will be at Crawford tomorrow and that will be my last event for a few weeks. I appreciate all of you and I hope for your continued support dawger will be a new and better dawger after this.

God what a beautiful day it is the dawg today. I Have been extremely under the weather the last few days no it’s not Covid I’ve got tested lol. Feeling better today just still a little bit weak. I’m hoping tomorrow even though it’s a little bit chillier will be the first day of the week I get to dawg. But it looks like from here on out we are aces baby!

I won’t be at Menards today unfortunately. Feeling just a little bit under the weather need to catch up on a little rest. I assume or I am very much hoping tomorrow will be a go and if it is I’m going to pull out as many stops as possible for you guys. Hoping maybe I can get some Elote going, garlic brat and I’d like to expand on this Asian barbecue dog that I threw together yesterday.
