Hey everyone!! The first half of the season is over for us. Been interesting going back to the bbq trail after being out for almost a year. The back had survived for the most part. For a quick summery of the first half. We doing well in ribs and trying to figure out what the judges are looking for in bbq. We are ranked 18th out of 78 in ribs and 20th out 91 in bbqI! I want to thank Billie Adee and Desmond Goines for all the help during the comps this year. Jim Brisebois for the tips. Circle Fountain and Libs Beauty Salon for sponsorship and believing in us. Thank you everyone who believes in what we are doing!! Looking forward to Mauldin in sept. We have a few things in the works coming up and wil keep everyone updated! Well we had a good time at The Youth Mentors of the P*e Dee annual bbq cookoff this weekend. Even with a rough start due to wild weather! When it was all done we scored above our average in ribs but fell short on butts. Thank you to Billie Adee for roughing out the night and helping. And a thanks to Jim Brisebois with FFITS for helping keep the temp up on the smoker while I took a nap. Thank you to Circle Fountain for sponsoring us this weekend. Sorry we didn’t score better for you guys. A big thank you to Sharp Designs for the new team T-shirtirt!!! I loved it and had many compliments on it!!
