Want your business to be the top-listed Event Planning Service?
I developed love for cooking watching my grandmother make elaborate meals. Her staple was baking, and she could easily whip twenty egg whites by hand with old-fashioned stainless steel whisk. Every holiday she would make Napoleon from scratch, with 15-20 layers of paper thin dough and delicate pastry cream, which I burned on multiple occasions.
For me food, should not only tickle taste buds, but be beautifully presented, have a twist and be simple at the same time. When I plan dinners, menu should be complete from a starter to desert, and each dish should work and complement each other.
I don’t see cooking as hard work in the kitchen, gratification comes from creating something fresh, beautiful and visually appealing that people around me can enjoy. I am glad that I carry legacy of my grandmother, with her passion for excellence which became labor of love.
