It’s been almost a full year since we’ve had a mask-free wedding celebration & our team is so incredibly excited to kick off a full season of 2021 weddings & events, beginning this weekend!

Last week... I hired a Manservant, rented electric bikes, hung out with an adorable puppy & celebrated the heck out of my sister during her bachelorette party in Palm Springs.

As many of my clients know, our family had to also adjust & deal with the roller coaster of emotions that COVID flooded us with but I’m so happy for her, and to finally celebrate in July (in my backyard 😬) with the rest of our family & friends!

It feels so good to be with loved ones again! 💕

With less than 5 weeks to plan, we found the perfect venue in to celebrate Lauren & Coulton’s love! We invited 15 of their closest family & friends (most all from the east coast), to spend a weekend together & to witness these two share vows. It may have not been their original plan, but I promise it was the perfect backup plan for them!

Envisioning your backyard to act as your venue for your wedding ceremony & reception, can often times be difficult to see especially if you’ve had to deal with a sudden change in plans.

We took Alexis & Nathan’s vision and recreated it, into this enchanting, ocean inspired floral garden - setting the perfect tone for their intimate wedding celebration!

Selecting a color palette for your wedding is one of my favorite tasks when designing. It’s not as easy as combining your two favorite colors & making them the foundation of every detail - nailing down your overall aesthetic is more of a process:

1. Get inspired by your surroundings
2. Keep priorities in mind
3. Think seasonally
4. Set the mood
5. Look to what you love
6. Do research
7. Consult the color wheel or your Wedding Planner

My little sister is married!!! 💗🙌🍾

Like most couples planning a 2020 wedding celebration, they decided to postpone their July wedding for next year!

But as their wedding date approached, they felt the desire to lock-in their love as planned; & with only 1 witness allowed to be present (thx Covid!), I helped them setup a courthouse date & without hesitation, drove off to Santa Barbara to share the moment with them!

I’m still looking forward to being her MOH for another year (God help me 🤣🙏) & ensuring they have THE BEST party next year!!!
