"I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner package and everything was delicious!

It was delivered on time and came with easy reheating directions.

The turkey was seasoned just right, the brioche stuffing was amazing and the gravy was excellent.

Everyone at the table raved about how good it was and said I should definitely order it for next year!

I love hosting but work full time so this dinner was a delicious time saver for me.

Let's meet Brittany!

Brittany Socha Gilmore, an owner & event coordinator at Kravin' It KC Kitchen, fell in love with food at a young age.

Growing up in a big multicultural family of Hispanic and Polish descents, she was always learning how to cook traditional and unique meals.

Spending a lot of time in the kitchen with her dad—a former cook in the Air Force—they often talked of opening their very own restaurant.

At the age of 14, Brittany got her first job at a fast-food restaurant.

From there, she went on to host, serve, and bartend at several established restaurants in Kansas City before breaking into management.

Now, the dream of having her own hospitality business is a reality as she teams up with chef & husband Bradley Gilmore and chef & friend Brandon West to bring the Kansas City community enjoyable and memorable catering experiences.

Say hi to Chef Brandon West!

Brandon West learned he wanted to be a chef while creating dishes for his then-girlfriend and her kids and soon enrolled in culinary school at JCCC.

The Plattsburg, Missouri native left school after deciding to study the arts in the kitchen instead of the classroom and after a few jobs locally he found the opportunity of a lifetime.

He was reading the book, 'Back of the House: The Secret Life of a Restaurant' by Scott Haas, which chronicles 8 months in the back of the house with James Beard Award-Winning Chef Tony Maws and decided to contact Maws about a job in Boston.

Long story short, the year-long plan on the east coast turned into four.

It was the experience of a lifetime.

Then he came back to Kansas City and served as Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef at Ignite Wood Fire Grill.

Now, Chef West can be found creating dishes and applying his talents at Kravin’ It KC Kitchen.
