Requirements include being over 18 years old, reliability, flexibility, patience, and access to a reliable transportation vehicle. Unfortunately, a felony-free record is also required for TDCJ approval. We need representatives across Texas.

Do you think that you have to live in Texas to be married to someone who is incarcerated in Texas? The answer is no, you don’t have to have residency in TX to get married. Now you will have to come travel to TX to get your marriage license. Denise and I are knowledgeable on answering all your questions when it comes to getting married to your LO within TDCJ!
