With a nose of balsamic and fresh peach pulp, this beer has 300 lb of local peaches and was aged in wine barrels to create a very tart, effervescent, one of a kind sour. The wild brettanomyces yeast in this beer has done us favors over time by introducing the most complex flavor profile we've made to date.
