It’s been a while in the making...
I was supposed to start this business in 2015 and abruptly was forced to put it to the back burner for personal reasons. With that being said, a lot has transpired from then until now. I’m finally established and started home ownership in the great town of Somers, Connecticut, about 45 minutes southwest of my hometown Southbridge, MA! I really feel comfortable and rooted here and ready to get this wonderful business going! I’ve been a professional DJ since the hot month of August in 2006 working for a DJ company. They gave me the humbling opportunity with training and trust for many years. As of last year, I respectfully and honestly moved forward as to not be a conflict of interest working for both companies.
From this point forward, I’m putting all my energy into the DJ Services By Glen business. I will give my customers my full dedication and strive to provide the most memorable moments that I enjoy giving for their beautiful wedding day or any other special event. I DJ because music has been a huge part of my life starting at a young age when I followed my fathers lead playing the banjo. I started lessons when I was just 5 years old for 6 years and then taught myself guitar and attended many concerts through my life. Music is in my veins and I enjoy the happiness it brings to a dance floor and to peoples lives! Music connects people and it brings new found love as well as bringing love and memories back to those of times before. These experiences are really harmonious in their own way!
I owe a lot of credit to my girlfriend Beth, who is also my assistant. She has given me the guidance and the absolute other piece to this business that wouldn’t be what it is without her directly involved! She handles all communications through email and really does the behind the scenes work which is a lot and really is the absolute icing on the cake!! I love you Beth and thank you for putting up with me.
