Couple of special kids getting married today! They did it up right and said, can you just make a ton of meat?!… well nothing sounds better then 80 lbs of shredded pork!

Pulled pork:
Smoked and slow cooked pork butt, seasoned with our BBQ rub, tender, juicy, and melts in your mouth. Shredded chicken:
Marinated, smoked, and slow cooked chicken breast, shredded up and ready for your choice of sauces. Great with our sweet BBQ sauce or buffalo sauce. BBQ pork ribs:
Smoked and slow cooked pork ribs, lightly sauced for that perfect glaze
. Tender and juicy pull off the bones meat. Great with our spicy bbq sauce or just straight off the grill! BBQ brisket:
Smoked and slow cooked beef brisket, seasoned with our BBQ rub for that perfect crispy crust. Nice pink smoke ring and juicy flavorful center. We’ve spent a lot of time perfecting this cook to the perfect consistency, just the right amount texture without being too mushy or too tough. You can add sauce if you want but it’s perfect by the slice, or ten slices, you’ll be back for more!!! Tri Tip roast:
Perfectly seasoned tri tip roast smoked and slow cooked to a perfect medium rare. Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor!!!! World famous Cowboy baked beans:
Kielbasa sausage, bacon, onions, and jalapeños smoked then slow cooked with twice baked beans in a sweet spicy sauce. It’s technically a side dish but these beans often steal the show! Bacon Mac & cheese:
Slow smoked bacon, spiral macaroni, and sharp cheddar cheese sauce. Slow cooked for that smokey cheddar flavor. Throw some on your sandwich, top it with some shredded meat, add some sauce, or just enjoy it by the spoonful! Tangy BBQ slaw:
Shredded green and red cabbage, matchstick carrots, and tangy dressing tossed with green apple, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds. Add a scoop to your sandwich or awesome on its own. Today we’ve got the honor of a holiday feed for the team at work. 30+ lbs of prime rib, 30 lbs of bacon Mac and cheese, and 20 lbs of bacon mashed potatoes. Gonna be a great lunch!

These 2 Drunk Guys have been busy!
2 events in 2 days… no problem!
For an added level of difficulty… Drunk guy Doug is officiating 2 weddings today, and drunk guy Jon made a his and hers wedding cake!
The numbers:
2 cloves of garlic
4 onions
8 jalapeños
4 lbs kielbasa beef sausage
9 lbs bacon
25 lbs chicken
20 lbs brisket
40 lbs pork butt
56 lbs of Mac & cheese
42 lbs of baked means
86 lbs of pellets
4 smokers
3,964 square inches of grill space
2 pizzas (We can’t eat BBQ for every meal)
40 beers and counting….
On Thursday we catered a rehearsal dinner at Warr-King Wines in Woodinville for a great group! We served shredded brisket, pulled pork, bacon mac, and cowboy beans.
Today we’re in Skykomish for a wedding for an amazingly cool couple at a beautiful spot right on the river. Not a bad place to BBQ. Cooking up pulled pork, shredded chicken, bacon mac, and more cowboy beans.

Another fun event in the books. One of the drunk guys was missing but he was there in spirit! Apparently we knocked it out of the park with the shredded brisket, chicken, bacon mac, and the cowboy beans.

Drunk guy Jon was up and cooking at 5am. Smoked ribs, world famous cowboy beans, and bacon mac for the wife’s birthday party. It’s a little early so I’m just having coffee, with Bailey’s and butterscotch schnapps! You can’t drink all day unless you start in the morning!!!! Have a great long weekend my friends!

From us 2 drunk idiots to all of you that follow our page, watch out for jokers like these coming into the holidays! Make sure you’ve got a couple drinks handy when you get into conversations with ones like us. We know a thing or two cause we’ve got a few! It’s all about the pellets. Only ones worse then us is them Rectec folks.

Always an honor when you get to cook for your favorite team. The Soundair family came together for an epic Christmas potluck. We took a chance and knocked out 24 lbs of prime rib (wasn’t sure if the rotisserie would hold, or if the smoker was big enough) bacon Mac and cheese, bacon cheese mashed potatoes, and the team provided so many delicious sides and deserts. Such a great day. Thank you Soundair for getting us all together today.
