“Life has been full of adventure and change since our engagement, and we are loving this chapter of life together!

Shortly after our engagement that was planned so perfectly between Shelton & Amore, we eloped in Las Vegas! It was just the two of us, our photographer, and of course, ELVIS. We exchanged cheesy & sweet Elvis-themed vows in the back of a pink cadillac on December 31, 2022.

Having a big hometown wedding has always been a dream for us, so we kept our elopement a secret to surprise our friends and family (except our parents lol) until wedding weekend. We had our hometown wedding & reception in Jackson, MS on December 31, 2023. It also happened to be our 10 year anniversary, which made everything even more special. There, we surprised the crowd with news of our elopement a year prior and had a Vegas themed reception. Best night ever!!

Since then, we’ve accepted new jobs & moved back home to Mississippi from Houston, TX and have loved being able to be close to our people again. I’ve recently started a little side hustle with my best friend, event planning & all the things 🥳 We look forward to the next adventure with our cat Cowboy by our side!”
