Smoked a 200 lb. hog yesterday for the country club luau in Morristown.

Ok I’ve had requests for Christmas hams and turkeys so I’m smoking and deep frying turkeys, smoking hams and prime rib roast for Christmas or any other meats you want smoked! Turkeys and hams are $50 each. Prime rib roast will be market price + $40 cooking fee. Other cuts of meat will be priced at your request.

Smoking on Christmas Day also! Just tell me a day and time you need it cooked!
