This week is very busy for the farmers and we need to monitor sales and update the farmers with what we are needing. Please have your orders to me by Wednesday afternoon.

We do not expect to have shrimp or oysters this week.

We will not have crawfish for Good Friday. We will still be in Louisiana waiting on the latest catch to come in!

Hey my crawfish lovers! I know all of you re waiting for them mudbugs and I have some news to share! Our farmers are saying that catch is getting better and better by the day, but right now supply is still limited.

We are going to wait a few more weeks to start making runs because I could not ask my customers to pay $10/ lb. I will keep the page updated as soon as I know! Thank you for being patient as we navigate through this process!

🦞 🐰 Easter Weekend Crawfish Update🐰🦞

Prices will be available Monday around 1:00 PM Monday. We will post to the page and turn on online ordering as soon as they are available. This weekend will be extremely high demand for crawfish, both in DFW and Louisiana. Due to limits placed by the farms, we anticipate selling out of crawfish by Tuesday evening. During this week size does seem to go down the farms are sacking all that is caught instead of using the graders.
Even though we may sell out early I will post to the page when the farmers tell me there is extra crawfish. I really want to say yes to everyone but certainly don't want to hold anyone hostage for their Easter crawfish plans.

Half sacks will be very limited and once sold out I will not be able to take any more half sack orders.

SHRIMP
I'm going to a shrimp plant where they process the shrimp boats that come in. They are going to sack all my shrimp for this week in 5 pound increments and pop the heads off. I usually do all this my self but due to kid in college this year I'm having them help me out. After Easter Weekend I will have them in two pound increments.

OYSTERS YES!!!

All orders must be placed via the online square store to be confirmed. We are not able to accept orders sent via text, comments, or messenger. Pick ups will be Saturday.
