Nothing is worse than spending a bunch of time and money planning an event, and the food turns out not being up to par. From luxurious to casual southern fusion cuisines, we can cater to an array of events. With our portable crawfish trailer housing 4 industrial size boilers, we cater to parties as small as 30 people, but can accommodate as many as 2,000!
