This sale. Another one of those “kismet” moments in real estate. A story that must be told…

Natalie and I started our journey together in December 2021. During that time she identified her “dream” home, but, she wasn’t yet in a position to make an offer. She dreamt about this home. She cried over this home. Every single part of her being knew that this home was exactly where she was supposed to start her next chapter. A place she so dearly needed and deserved. A place to call “home”.

Together she and I watched this home go from “active” to “pending” several times. It had been on and off the market for months before she and I even connected. Each time that it went back on the market it was due to a wild story and circumstance that worked in her favor. Finally, it was taken off the market for a short time. I stayed in contact with the listing agent from the very beginning and continued to let her know how much my buyer loved this home. Meanwhile, my buyer was working on getting all of her ducks in a row. The home went back on the market and my buyer was scrambling! Doing all that she could to make this dream a reality.

Finally, she was ready! She and I worked together to craft THE perfect offer and the home was hers! It always was hers. From the very beginning. The home waited for her. It was truly meant to be. ❤️

One of my go-to cheeses and personal favorites is Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog. Humboldt Fog is a goat milk cheese and is named for the local ocean fog that rolls in from Humboldt Bay. It’s a delicious cheese that has a thin line of edible white ash in the middle. If you haven’t tried it I highly recommend it.
