Good Afternoon Everyone! Our DMs have been OVER FLOWING with questions pertaining to booking! Here Are a Few Reminders & Things to Remember When Booking 💕

1. There will be a $30.00 Non-Refundable Deposit REQUIRED upon booking. This deposit will go towards your total. The remaining balance will be due at the time of Delivery or Pickup. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. After booking, please reach out within 1-2 Business days with the theme and/or colors you would like. If I do not hear anything, I cannot fulfill your order and it will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

3. You MUST send all order information to [email protected]. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your appointment is NOT on my calendar! Any order information sent to my personal DMs will not be confirmed.

4. If you select the delivery option there is a $5 delivery fee that must be sent via cashapp and/or Zelle upon booking. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that I have the correct address, date, and time of delivery. If there are any changes please inform me at least 24hrs ahead. Delivery Fees will not be refunded unless arranged prior to delivery date.

5. The remaining balance will MUST be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash Only. ABSOLUTELY NO CASHAPP.

6. Orders submitted less than 72hrs of Delivery Date will NOT be accepted. We strive for the BEST work and we need proper time to go and get supplies and materials. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
