UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

These are now live:
ADDED FEATURES:
- Initial CRM. Users now have the ability to add information fields to their customers (such as email, name, birthday, notes, phone numbers, and more). You can also create customers who have not actually been a customer (leads) and add the same fields to those new leads.

- Created the ability to add a confirmation page URL redirect to customer checkout process that replaces the thank you page.

BUG FIXES:

- Users customers would sometimes hit a 404 error page when filling in their payment information. This has been fixed.

- A bug where cancelled appointments still show up on the client's main calendar and still blocks out time has been fixed.

- A bug while viewing the preview appointment modal after clicking on an event shows a different time/day than the calendar view (timezones) has been fixed.

NOTE:
-Google Calendar integration is almost complete, we are currently waiting on google to approve the integration.

Why we created Event Booking Pro

My name is Kerby Barker, and I own a mobile attraction business called Epic Party Events. You may be wondering what a mobile attraction business is. If you have ever rented an inflatable bounce house or obstacle course for your backyard birthday party then you are familiar with the business already. At Epic Party Events we provide attractions for people at their location, for the amount of time they specify. Unfortunately it is kind of a niche business so supporting software don’t really exist. There are several booking software's that allow people to book appointments online, appointments that range from doctor visits, sales call appointments, window cleaning appointments, and much more, however, none of them specifically catered to the needs of mobile companies and were built more for stationary places. After having to call customers and explain that they booked too close to another customers appointment, or that they forgot to pay a fuel charge I got fed up. So we invested in creating a software that’s focus was the small business man or woman that operated mobile attractions. Thus Event Booking Pro was born.
