It's been a while since I've posted. Unfortunately it's been a while since I've cooked. I decided that the New Year is a good time to get back in the swing of things. That being said I will be doing meals more often, hopefully weekly.
If I make fried chicken meals on Sunday who wants some? It will come with macaroni and cheese, collards and a dessert.

I am desperately looking for a house to rent! 2 or 3 bedrooms and must be pet friendly. I've been looking for months and not having luck. I was asked to do a birthday cake for a dog. Eric called it a "pupcake" and I think that is brilliant.
3 layers of peanut butter carrot cake, filled with sweet potato and carrot puree with mashed potato frosting.
I think it's cute!!
