I recently had the pleasure of participating in a beautiful floral workshop with @intrigueteaches that left me feeling refreshed and inspired! This outdoor installation was an absolute dream, bringing together the beauty of nature and the artistry of floral design.
One of the things I enjoyed most about this workshop was the opportunity to immerse myself in the serene ambiance of the outdoors, surrounded by vibrant blooms and pure nature. It was truly a breath of fresh air, both figuratively and literally! Being able to work with such exquisite flowers in the open air was a delightful.

1. Create a detailed timeline: ✨ I create a timeline that outlines all of the tasks that need to be completed leading up to the wedding day. This helps me ensure every tasks is completed in a timely fashion.
2. Use a project management tool: ✨ I use a project management tool to track all of the tasks, deadlines, and details related to the wedding, which keeps me organized and ensure I don’t miss any important details.
3. Regularly communicate with clients: ✨ I make sure to communicate early and often with my clients and conduct follow-ups throughout the planning process to keep them updated on progress, as well as ensure their vision is being realized.
4. Attend vendor meetings: ✨ I attend vendor meetings with my clients to make sure everyone is on the same page and vendors are able to deliver what my client desires.
5. Conduct site visits: ✨ I conduct site visits to the ceremony and reception locations to ensure everything can be and is set up according to plan and make any changes/adjustments needed.

Before booking a venue, here’s some key questions to ask to ensure it’s the perfect location and fit for your special day.
1. What is the maximum capacity for the venue? This will help you know how many guests you can invite to ensure everyone will be comfortable.
2. What is the rental cost and what is included in the price? This is important. Most venue rentals include things like tables, chairs, and in some cases linen. Be prepared to incur additional costs if they don’t.
3. Are there any restrictions on decor or vendors? Ensure you understand what’s allowed and what’s not allowed 🚫.
4. What are the catering options and can we bring in outside catering? Some venues use in-house catering options only.
5. Is there a backup plan for inclement weather? This is especially helpful to know if you’re planning to have a portion of your event in an outdoor setting.
6. What is the availability for the date we have in mind?
7. What is the cancellation policy?
8. Are there any noise restrictions or curfews?
9. Is there onsite parking or nearby parking options for guests?
10. Can we schedule a walk-through of the venue? Always conduct a walkthrough prior to paying a deposit.

So, let’s talk about four considerations before choosing bridesmaids dresses.
1. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁. It’s possible, each of your Bridesmaids may have a different ways of life. Choosing cost effective options will be more helpful. You’ll want to get the best quality for your budget.
2. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰. Think about the season at the time of your wedding. Using lighter fabrics for spring or summer, and heavier fabrics for the fall and winter will keep your bridesmaids comfortable.
3. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿. Your wedding theme, color palette and inspiration, style preference, skin tones, and seasons are all good considerations when choosing colors. But, also choose a dress that complements the color scheme of the event.
4. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝘁. Everyone’s body is shaped differently. Make sure your selection compliments each bridesmaid. You may even consider different style options. Again, think comfort. You want each bridesmaid to get through the day feeling comfortable and confident.
