Vermont recently updated allowances for social gatherings – making Pond Hill Place the perfect setting for your outdoor celebration! We have used this down time to focus on improvements to the natural features as well as make some exciting renovations in the house.
Our event team has gone through safety training and is prepared to walk you through the planning process for a safe celebration this season. If your wedding has been displaced due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are happy to discuss your options for making a memorable wedding happen for you this year!
August, September and October dates are available.

Events may accommodate 50 percent of fire occupancy or 1 person per 100 square feet, with a maximum of 75 people indoors and 150 people outdoors.

One of the positives to come out of these trying times has been my vastly improved cooking skills. I knew I was nearing James Beard territory when my 4 year old son/sous poured me a glass of his latest creation, ‘French Fry Juice’. As mouthwatering as that sounds we will most certainly never reach the level of the chefs whose creations we dearly miss right now.
Here are some pictures of the work of one of those chefs. Thank you Miguel Calderon.
Here’s to hoping when this is all over we can let our favorite restaurants know how much we appreciate their art.

LOVE IN THE TIME OF COVID
My amazing sister is documenting this unprecedented time and helping struggling business as well with her Curbside Photography. For $50, she will come to your home (outside obviously), stay a safe distance by using her telephoto lens, and take a few fun photos of you and/or your crew on your front porch/yard/sidewalk, etc. You can get dressed up, be casual, include your dog,…whatever you want, just have fun! She’ll collect $25 from you (via Venmo or PayPal) and just ask that you (on the honor system) donate the other $25 to another small business in the neighborhood that is losing work during this crazy time.
