SAY NO TO SCAMS!
We hate to have to even mention this! But please be aware of scammers posing as inflatable companies!! We have been getting alot of calls from people who have been scammed out of hundreds or thousands of dollars!!
They are giving too good to be true deals, demanding payment up front, no contracts, and never delivering!! Always verify you are dealing with a legitimate company.
Easiest way is to ask for their certificate of insurance, it sounds irrelevant but insurance is expensive!!! If they are serious about what they do, they'll pay the high price of insurance it protects both parties!! If they don't have insurance they are probably scamming.
We require a minimum deposit for booking just as most reputable rental companies do. If they are asking for payments over means such as cashapp, venmo, wire transfers, reloadable cards, etc that's a big red flag! All reputable companies will use a form of POS system, this protects both parties!!
You should have to sign a contract at some point before or at delivery, contracts protect both parties and clearly outline responsibility and liabilities which are legally binding. Scammers want nothing to do with the fuzz! 🚔
We hope to service your next event but whoever you book please make sure they are not a scam before any transaction is made!
Update: see comments for example! 🙃😃
