Fall is upon us! (Booking is anyways lol) 🍂

And somewhat near the beginning of our busy season, the Game Truck AND Gaming Boxes will not be available for a few weekends,

September 28 to October 13! ✈️

Additionally, since I am still sans an employee, all communication will be on hold from September 27 and resumed October 13 with responses in chronological order of receipt.

Summer (break) is going great! 🥵

A Game Truck seems over the top when that’s all everybody’s doing this summer, but perhaps it’s the best way to get all the kids out of the house and the adults in the backyard! 🍹

Freedom feels and means a little bit different to everybody. Not to get too political, but here in my Country, you can *almost* literally say, do, BE anything you want…as long as you’re a good person lol

At 6, it’s making your own ice cream sundae.
At 12, it’s staying up all night playing video games.
At 32, it was building my own business to bring today’s online generation a little piece of how I grew up, but on a 50” 4K TV. 🥹

Some kids had league 🏈, my best friends and memories were made playing 🎮.

We are HIRING! Do you enjoy the presence of kids having fun? Maybe you just love playing video games in your free time! Join our team as a qualified Game Instructor to run the Game Truck!

The ideal candidate is good with kids ages 4 to 16 years. Video game knowledge is not necessary, but this MUST be compensated with the willingness and ability to perform some complex procedures and learn tech troubleshooting.
Experience towing a trailer and a clean DMV record is preferred but not required.

Since we are operational within all SLO County, we are accepting applications from anywhere!

We value respect and caring above all else, and the ideal candidate has a strong background in the service industry.

This position is PART-TIME and requires WEEKEND and some weekday availability, with the potential to be 40+ hours a week. Shifts can be as short as 4 hours and may exceed 10 hours with paid overtime. This position is best suited for those who want an extra income to supplement school or a primary job.

Compensation scales according to qualifications, up to $30/ hour. Benefits include performance bonuses and time-in-service compensation increases.

Forerunner Gaming is a locally owned and operated small business serving all SLO County. Providing convenient party entertainment has been our sole mission for operation since 2020.

I enjoy video games anyways, but love playing Duos with my son. My daughter used to join and we played trios but she’s since lost interest and doesn’t play as much.
