We'd like share news on Hunter whom our prom event is for, please check it out!

Hi everyone! I wanted to share an update. At Hunter's October appointment we were told that the mets in his lungs were stable but unchanged. The doctor tells us this means the drug has done about all it is going to do as far as shrinking the cancer. This is normal and Hunter actually had a much longer response than most! The fact that things are stable is awesome news. The pictures show what his left lung looked like in June compared to what it looks like now. All of the white dots are metastasis. As you can see, the largest one is significantly smaller on the new scans and the tiny ones are almost all gone. I got so emotional looking at these and thinking of all the people who helped us get here. We feel so incredibly fortunate and thankful. We will continue to go to Texas once a month and Hunter will stay on the chemo as long as things remain stable. The doctor also told us that there is another trial drug in the works that Hunter would be a candidate for if mets do start to grow again. He says he may eventually try more radiation to get the last of the cells, and eradicate the disease completely. Thank you everyone, once again. We truly love all of you so much.
