GOOD MORNING‼️ Boy, do I owe you guys an apology. I've been swamped at work and haven't really been able to get any content out. But, things have been moving behind the scene and there are exciting things to announce.

Firstly, I've bought a new smoker 😅! I haven't named her yet, so if you've read this far, feel free to leave name suggestions in the comments.

Secondly, the reason a new smoker was purchased is because 🥁🥁.......I've started a new venture selling BBQ plates and catering small events‼️ BahamaQue Smokehouse sells Texas style BBQ with a Bahamian flair. If you are in the DFW area and want to stay up-to-date on when plate ordering is open, make sure you follow The Novice Griller.

Definitely stay tuned for new things coming up and that you guys so far for supporting!!
